  • Open your System Settings to add a new email account.
  • Click on Accounts & sync.
  • Click on Email.
  • In the Account setup, enter your full email address and password and select Manual setup.
  • Select IMAP for the account type to make sure messages are kept on the server, or select POP3 to download messages from the server.
    • Your Username/Password are the username (or pop number) and password that were given to you when you requested the account.
    • The IMAP or POP3 Server is pop.yourdomain.com or pop.binary.net.
    • The Port is 143 for IMAP or 110 for POP3.
    • Security type is set to None by default
  • Select Next for the SMTP server setup.
    • The SMTP server is smtp-auth.binary.net.
    • The Port is 587 or 25 (either should work).
    • Make sure Require sign-in is checked.
    • Your Username/Password are the username (or pop number) and password that were given to you when you requested an SMTP auth account. If you have not requested an SMTP auth account please contact us.
  • Select Next and set the Inbox checking frequency and other settings.
  • Select Next and set name for the account and Your name.
  • Select Next and you are done.
