What do I need to make a web page?

You will need an account and a text editor.

You don't need HTML editors , but some people find them a time saver. They usually are not complicated to install and use, but unfortunately we don't have resources to provide technical support for those programs. You will need to contact your editor's manufacturer, or find a respective manual.
