The reseller maintains contact with the customers and manages their good will and accounts. Binary Net supports the reseller.

Helen is a website designer who currently has 30 active clients. Helen designs the sites and publishes them to wherever the client wants. Once the sites are designed Helen only gets paid to make updates. If Helen was a reseller she could have a monthly income from each of the customers and could help them negotiate the issue of finding a hosting company.
