Who are we?
We are a leading provider of integrated data center services and we continue to invest in highly reliable technology infrastructure to support businesses needing to keep applications, data and communications available and secure.
Built in 1996, now in a Federal Reserve vault, our data center began offering Internet connections and hosting servers for forward-thinking companies. Today, after being bought by the Sup Family, Binary Net offers a wide range of services based out of one of the Midwest’s most-secure data centers. Lincoln Nebraska ranks as one of the more reliable power sources, Lincoln Electric System continues to receive the Reliable Public Power Provider (RP3®) recognition. Additionally, Binary Net’s diesel generator provides clean power in the rare case of a power-outage.
We have partnered with Information Analytics and Infinite Systems. We now have access to a much larger staff to help with any Hosting, IT, Bandwidth, and Programming needs you have. We are truly a one-stop-shop now and we are very excited to be moving forward with the new owner. Our offices are still located in the Federal Trust Building in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska. Binary Net will continue to provide you quality hosting and secure data center needs; Information Analytics will provide web development and custom programming services, while IT Support and Managed Services will be provided by Infinite Systems.
Our Community
Committed to the local community, the Sup family has been doing business in Lincoln for over 45 years and in Nebraska for over 100 years including retail and real estate investments. Layne Sup, now manages Binary Net, Infinite Systems, Information Analytics and real estate properties in Lincoln and Omaha.
A fourth-generation of Nebraska entrepreneurs, the Sups have continued to innovate and re-invest locally to build a more vibrant business community. Participating in local charities and community organizations helps Binary Net and Infinite Systems to be involved in the raising the next generation of community leaders.
Our Data Center
The data center’s power supply is backed up with a 150-kW, 300-gallon diesel generator that has an additional fuel line enabling tanker refills from outside the building. Binary Net deploys multiple separate carriers for Internet in their data center. In order to share these Internet connections, Binary Net utilizes redundant BGP routing and practices best-path technology to ensure the quickest, most seamless and efficient Internet route to the end user with redundant fail-over. Built to survive any natural disaster, the vault was built with 30″ concrete walls, below ground. The vault is built well outside of 500 year flood zones.
